Burlesque Dining Room
Luxury dining room in Stamford with a burlesque twist
We designed this extraordinary room as part of a complete house design project. It was delivered by our team of experienced interior designers in Stamford, delivering a standout dining room for the house. Our client asked us to create a Moulin Rouge-inspired setting to enchant guests in the evenings, while also housing his prized collection of fine wines.
The palette we chose included deep hues, rich dark wood tones and opulent brass accents. This created a warm, luxurious and atmospheric backdrop, perfect for entertaining and memorable dining experiences.
Stamford dining room: bespoke wine storage
The biggest wow factor in this room is undoubtedly the luxury wine cabinet. Custom designed and made for us by Spiral Cellars it stands proud in the centre of the back wall. The cabinet maintains a constant temperature for our client’s collection of well over a hundred bottles.
As a nice finishing touch, our audio-visuals engineer found a way to connect it to the room’s Q–Motion mood lighting system. This integrated it perfectly within the room at all times of day.
Dining with drama
This dining room interior design project in Stamford embraces a bold, burlesque-inspired aesthetic. Layers of drama with rich contrast which we love. Midnight blue grasscloth walls create a moody, immersive backdrop, while accents of pink and orange bring warmth and vibrancy to the space.
Existing pieces, including an antique dining table and a reupholstered Chesterfield sofa in blue leather.
